How to enjoy our Matcha Social No.1

HOT MATCHA LATTE RECIPE 

Sift 4 g of matcha into a matcha bowl.
Add 15 g of hot water (175°F) to the bowl and whisk in a circular motion until the matcha becomes a smooth paste.

Then add another 15 g of water and whisk in an “M” motion until a thin layer of foam appears on top. Use a steam wand to steam 5 oz of milk. Combine the milk and matcha, then stir again.


ICED MATCHA LATTE RECIPE

Sift 5 g of matcha into a matcha bowl.
Add 15 g of hot water (175°F) to the bowl and whisk in a circular motion until the matcha becomes a smooth paste.

Then add another 15 g of water and whisk in an “M” motion until a thin layer of foam appears on top. Add 4 oz of whole milk or oat milk to a 12 oz cup filled with ice. Pour the matcha over the milk.
